Our place is No. 505 on the ground floor in the Kondli Gharoli area of Mayur Vihar. It’s easy to get to since it’s on the ground floor, no climbing stairs for us. We handle sales of different technical parts and equipment. The office is basically a store-room and a workspace mixed into one. You’ll see boxes stacked up to the ceiling in some corners. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We’ve been in Mayur Vihar for quite some time now. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some shops tucked in between. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a friendly spot. We start early in the morning, getting the orders ready for delivery. There’s usually a lot of paperwork to sign and people coming in to pick up supplies. We don't have any fancy displays. If you want something, we just go back and find it in the stacks. It’s a practical way to work. The guys here have been doing this for a long time, so we know our stock pretty well. It gets a bit dusty with all the boxes, but we don't mind. It’s just how a sales office looks when you’re busy. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or paintings. We just focus on getting the right parts to the right people. That is what we have been doing here for years now and it works.
