Working out of Brajpuri on Wazirabad Road is always an experience. Our place is in Gali No. 7, specifically at C7/332A on the ground floor. It is a narrow street and can get quite crowded with people and scooters passing by all day. Inside, it is a different world with monitors glowing and the hum of servers in the background. We are a small team and we spend a lot of time hunched over keyboards trying to solve various technical problems. It is not a shiny glass office like you might see in a movie. There are cables running along the floor and some of the chairs have seen better days. We do a lot of coding and fixing things that people bring to us. The light from the street does not really reach the back of the shop, so we rely on the overhead tubes. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to say hello or ask for help with a small gadget. We don't have any big speeches about technology. We just like figuring out how things work and getting them to run properly. It gets pretty hot in the summer despite the fans, but we just keep at it. Brajpuri has a lot of energy and we are just one part of the busy life on Plot No. 36. It’s a grounded place to work on stuff that is usually up in the cloud. It is a bit messy but it works for us.
