System Infotech sits at F-346 in West Karawal Nagar. It’s a local shop where we spend our days looking at screens and fiddling with computer parts. The neighborhood is pretty crowded, and our shop reflects that. We have shelves filled with old monitors, cables, and various components we’ve gathered over time. It isn't the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. Most of the people who come in are neighbors from around West Karawal Nagar who have a laptop that won't start or need a new part for their PC. We don't use any complicated talk; we just tell you what's wrong and if it can be fixed. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we have to wait a bit before we can get back to testing things. It’s a small operation, usually just one or two of us here at any given time. We’ve seen all sorts of strange tech issues over the years. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people walking by or hearing about us from a friend. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile of repairs on the bench. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living in this part of town. We are usually here until late evening trying to finish the day's tasks.
