Suresh Sharma

My name is Suresh Sharma, and I’ve been working out of my place in Delhi-110053 for quite some time now. This part of the city is always crowded and noisy, but it has a lot of energy that keeps me going through the day. I don’t have a big storefront with neon lights or anything like that. It’s just a room where I keep my tools and my paperwork. I started this because I wanted to be independent and do something for myself. Some days are better than others, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but that’s just how life is in a city like Delhi. I usually wake up early to beat the rush and get a head start on whatever needs to be done. My neighbors are all small business owners too, so there’s a sense of community here. We help each other out when we can. I don’t spend money on advertising or fancy websites. Most people find me because someone they know told them I do a good job. I think that’s the best way to run a business anyway. I keep things simple and try not to overthink things. If a job comes in, I do it the best I can with what I have. It’s a modest way to make a living, but it’s honest and it keeps me busy. The 110053 area is my home. I don't see myself moving anywhere else. It’s where I belong, amongst the noise and the people I know.
