Our office is located at D-7/94 in the Dayalpur area of Delhi. It’s a typical local office, nothing too special to look at from the street. We’ve got our desks, our chairs, and a few filing cabinets that are starting to get full. Most of what we do involves handling travel arrangements and logistics. It means we’re on the phone quite a bit, talking to people and trying to get schedules to line up. Dayalpur is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always the sound of traffic and people outside. We’ve gotten used to it. Inside, it’s just us working through our lists. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit for things to come back on. We use that time to stretch or chat. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small group of us who have been working together for a bit. We know how each other works, which makes things easier. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the bookings are right and the travelers are where they need to be. It’s a simple goal for a workday. We leave the complicated stuff for the people who have more time than we do.
