We run Katyayani It Solution Pvt, Ltd out of our place in New Seelampur, Delhi. Specifically, we are at H.No-104 in Block CPJ-II. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s crowded and lively. Our office is right in the middle of it all. We deal with IT stuff, which means a lot of time spent looking at screens and fixing things that aren't working right. It isn’t always the easiest job, especially when systems go down unexpectedly. But we’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We don’t have a sleek glass building or a bunch of slogans on the walls. It’s just a regular room with desks, computers, and a lot of cables running everywhere. Sometimes it gets a bit messy, but we know where everything is. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they have a problem. We try to keep things simple and just talk to people like normal humans instead of using a lot of technical jargon that nobody understands. Delhi life is fast, and we just try to keep up with the work as it comes in. We aren't looking to take over the world; we just want to provide decent IT support from our little corner of Seelampur. It’s what we do, and we’re okay with that.
