Electrotech Service & Solutions (Naman Enterprises)

Our shop is over in Modern Shahdara on Moti Ram Road. The address is 1/1911-C, and it’s a typical busy Delhi street. You can find us by the sound of tools or seeing our guys coming in and out with toolkits. We handle a lot of electrical service work and repairs. It’s the kind of job where your hands are always a bit dirty from wires or old motors. Shahdara is a crowded place, and parking is always a nightmare, so we mostly walk or use scooters to get around. We’ve been operating as Naman Enterprises for a good while. The space inside isn't huge, but we have managed to cram in all the testing equipment we need. Sometimes customers drop by just to ask a quick question about a fuse or a motor. We don't mind. It’s a neighborhood business at heart. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s when we usually take a break. We don't spend much on advertising; word of mouth in this area does enough. Some days are slow, and we just organize the shelves, but other days we are out on calls until late. It is just the way the service business works. We keep the ledger updated and try to stay on top of the latest electrical parts coming out. It’s a lot of small details to remember but that is what we do here.
