Bhalla Printing

Our shop, Bhalla Printing, is located at A 72 in A F Enclave. This is over in the Okhla Jamia Nagar area. It’s quite close to the Shahdara Metro Station, which is handy for getting around. The area is usually very busy. There’s a lot of movement all day long. We have our printing machines set up in the back. It gets pretty loud when they’re all running at once. The smell of ink is just something we live with every day. We’ve been here for a long time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on the work. We have stacks of paper and finished jobs piled up on the tables. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. Jamia Nagar has its own energy. We see a lot of students and local workers passing by. We don't really do much advertising. People just know we are here at A 72. We start early and usually finish when the sun is down. The metro station nearby means there’s always a crowd. We just keep our heads down and watch the pages come off the press. It’s honest work. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend an hour fixing a jam. That’s just part of it. We don't mind. We've been doing this long enough that we know all the quirks of the shop. Even when it’s chaotic outside, we stay focused on the prints.
