Out here on Loni Road, things stay pretty busy. We’re located at number 21 in the Jawahar Nagar Industrial Area. If you come by, you’ll probably see a lot of metal and hear the machines hum. We make rolls. It sounds simple, but there is a lot that goes into it. The shop floor is always a bit dusty, and there is usually a smell of machine oil in the air. That’s just part of manufacturing. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s more about the lathes and the grinders. We’ve been at this for a long time now. Most of the guys here could probably do their jobs with their eyes closed, though we don't recommend that. We just focus on getting the dimensions right. If a roll isn't balanced, it’s no good to anyone. We spend our days measuring and double-checking. It’s quiet work in some ways, even with the noise. We just stick to our tasks. The trucks pull in and out of the industrial area all day long. Sometimes the traffic on Loni Road is a nightmare, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out is done right. It’s practical work for practical people. The tea break in the afternoon is when we usually catch our breath before the final push of the day.
