If you look for Eklavyam Private Limited, you will find us at B-912 on East Loni Roadeast Loni. It is right in the middle of everything in that part of the city. The road outside is almost always busy with traffic and people moving around, which keeps things interesting. Our place is not hard to find once you get into the rhythm of the area. We have been operating from here for some time and it feels like home now. The office is pretty basic. We have got our setup and it works for what we need. It is not about having the flashiest furniture or a big sign out front. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad compared to some other places in the city. We spend a lot of time just talking through things and making sure everyone is on the same page. It is a small team, so you end up knowing everyone pretty well. There is no hierarchy where you can’t talk to someone. We just sit around and get things done. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, and other times we head out early if the weather is nice. It is a very normal way to work. We don't have any big corporate manifestos. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families.
