You’ll find us at B-224/C, Gali No. 7, in Ashok Nagar, which is over in the Shahdara area of Delhi. This is a real neighborhood with houses and small shops all mixed together. Our office is just one of the buildings in the lane. It’s a busy street where kids play and vendors sell vegetables right outside the door. Dsc Limited has been using this space to keep things running for a while. It’s not a large office, just a couple of rooms where we handle our daily tasks. We have a lot of folders and binders stacked up on shelves because we still like to keep paper records of everything. The air conditioning works most of the time, but when it doesn't, we just open the windows and deal with the noise from the street. We’re not the kind of people who care about fancy titles or corporate culture. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done. Most of us have been with the company for a long time, so we’re more like a family than just coworkers. We share our snacks and talk about our families during breaks. It’s a very down-to-earth place to work. We don't have a website that looks like a movie, and we don't have a fancy logo on our shirts. We just provide a place for our team to coordinate and get the jobs finished. It’s plain and it works for us.
