Compucomtech Software Limited

Our office is tucked away in Johripur at A-1/39, Ambedkar Colony. You have to go down Pradhan Wali Gali to find us. It is a narrow street where the neighbors all know each other. Inside, it is mostly the sound of keyboards clicking and the hum of the old air conditioner when it is actually working. We do a lot of software work here, though the building looks like a regular house from the outside. There are cables running along the floor and monitors everywhere. We aren't some big tech company in a glass tower. We are just a local team trying to build things that work. Most of us live nearby, so we just walk or take a cycle to get here. When it rains, the street outside gets a bit muddy, and we have to be careful with our shoes. We spend long hours looking at code and sometimes we get frustrated when things don't run right. We take breaks to go outside and talk to the shopkeepers or get a snack. It is a very normal, local way of doing business at Compucomtech Software Limited. We don't have a human resources department or fancy coffee machines. We just have our computers and a kitchen where we make our own tea. It is a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the work done.
