We are based at House Number 255 in Roshan Vihar East, located in the Sadautpur area of Delhi. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't familiar with the small lanes of this 110094 zip code. The office is basically part of a house that we’ve converted for our tech operations. It feels a lot more personal than working in a big, cold corporate building. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and the kitchen area is where we all hang out during our lunch breaks. The neighborhood is full of families and small shops, so there’s always kids playing outside in the street or neighbors chatting with each other. It can be a little loud during the day with all that life going on, but we don't mind it much. Our work at 3I Infotech keeps us focused on our computer screens anyway. We deal with a lot of digital information and technical systems, so we need a reliable internet connection more than anything else. The rooms are a bit small for all the gear, and we’ve had to get creative with how we store our extra cables and hardware. There’s a small balcony where we go to get some fresh air when the weather isn't too hot. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist; we just handle the work that comes our way. It’s a humble setup for us.
