Zsq Developer & Constructions Privatelimited

Zsq Developer & Constructions Private Limited is based out of Quresh Nagar, right by the Bari Masjid. We occupy the ground and first floors at 7581. It’s a very old part of the city, and things can get pretty crowded and noisy around here. That’s just life in this neighborhood. We do construction work, mostly around the local areas but we go where the work is. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even if we are a private limited company on paper. We know the people in the lanes around us and they know what we do. Our office is usually a mess of files, samples of tiles, and half-empty water bottles. Construction isn't a clean job, so we don't try to pretend it is. We deal with the heat, the dust, and the constant back-and-forth with suppliers. Sometimes the trucks can't even get down the narrow streets, so we have to figure out other ways to move materials. It keeps us busy and keeps our brains working. We aren't interested in being the most famous builders in Delhi, just the ones who get the job done without too much fuss. If you walk past the mosque and see a bunch of guys arguing about cement or bricks, that’s probably us. We just try to do right by the projects we take on and keep moving forward. It's a lot of work but we enjoy it.
