Sattva Homes

Sattva Homes is based out of A 31 in the Kewal Park Extension area. We are on S S Rana Marg in Azadpur, which is a very busy part of Delhi. The office is in a spot that sees a lot of foot traffic every day. Inside, we have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about housing and property stuff. It’s a simple room with plain walls and a few maps pinned up. The noise from the Azadpur market area is always there in the background, but we’ve learned to ignore it over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out and about looking at different buildings in the neighborhood. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. The office is more of a home base for us to meet up and organize our notes. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break to talk about the local news. We’ve been here in Kewal Park for a while now, so we know the streets around here pretty well. It’s a decent place to work, even if the traffic on Rana Marg can be a headache in the evenings. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of our daily list of tasks. Most of our work is just talking to people and making sure things are clear.
