You will find us on the second floor of D 185 in Ashok Vihar, Phase I. It is not a very big office, and the stairs can be a bit of a workout if you are not used to them, but we have made a nice space for ourselves here. We spend our days mostly looking over building plans and talking to folks who want to move into the area. Ashok Vihar has a very specific feel to it, and we have lived and worked here long enough to understand the rhythm of the place. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints, site photos, and scraps of paper with phone numbers on them. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. We do not try to act like a giant firm with hundreds of employees. We are a small group and we prefer it that way because we can actually talk to the people we are building for. Some days are really long, especially when there is a delay at a construction site or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not use fancy talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just build houses and try to make sure they are solid. Most of our clients are people who have heard about us from their neighbors or friends. We usually have a pot of tea going and a map of the phase pinned to the wall to keep track of things.
