Ansal Properties & Infrastructure

Our office is located at 5/93 in Nirankari Colony. It's a quiet enough spot in Delhi compared to the main roads. We deal with properties and the infrastructure side of things here. It's mostly about planning and making sure the basic stuff like roads and layouts are handled right. We’ve been working from this address for quite a while now. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and does the job for us. Inside, it's just a bunch of desks and some old cabinets filled with files. We don't really do the whole polished office look. It’s more about the work that gets done on the ground. People come in to ask about plots or how things are progressing with certain projects. We try to give them the facts without too much fluff. Dealing with infrastructure means a lot of waiting for approvals and checking site details. It’s not always exciting, but it’s necessary. We have a small crew here who knows the local area pretty well. We’ve seen Nirankari Colony grow over the years. We just stay focused on our daily tasks and try to keep things honest. There's usually a pot of tea going in the back. It’s a very local way of doing business, nothing too complicated. We just do what we do and try to keep everyone informed. The walk from the main gate is easy enough. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished.
