You can find Ziffy Infra (OPC) Private Limited over in Shakti Nagar. We are on the third floor of House Number 15 in Block 18. It’s a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big office tower. Being an OPC means it’s a pretty small operation, mostly run by just one person with a little help here and there. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on infrastructure plans or sorting through bills. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across Delhi. The office itself is just a few rooms with desks and computers. Nothing flashy. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people who come by are friends or people we’ve worked with for years. Construction and infra work is tough, especially when you are doing a lot of it yourself, but we manage. Some days are slow, and other days we don’t have time to eat lunch. That is just how it goes when you’re running a small company. We focus on getting the tasks done and keeping things moving. We don't worry about looking polished or having a fancy lobby. It's just a place to work and get things organized for the next job. There is always a lot to do.
