Vishwas Foods Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Katra Neel, right in the thick of Chandni Chowk. If you’ve ever walked down Krishna Gali, you know how narrow it is. You have to watch your step because of the handcarts and the people rushing past. Plot No. 515 is an old building, the kind with thick walls and high ceilings that stay a bit cooler in the summer heat. We spend most of our day surrounded by the noise of the market. There’s always someone shouting or a bell ringing from a nearby temple. We don't have a lot of space, so every inch of the office is used for storing something. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes and the narrow stairs. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and we’ve seen the market change quite a bit, but the chaos stays the same. Most of our lunch breaks are just a quick bite from the street vendors outside because there’s always something that needs to be loaded or unloaded. It’s a messy, loud, and busy place to work, but it’s home for us. We don't bother with fancy signs or glass doors. The door stays open most of the day anyway. We just focus on getting the food orders right and making sure they get out of the alley on time.
