This spot at Kingsway Camp has been part of the daily routine for a lot of people for quite some time. We’re located over at C-16, Npl, and it's usually pretty busy around here, especially with all the students and folks moving through the area. Working in a place like Mcdonalds means you never really get a quiet moment until after the doors are shut. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure things are moving along the way they should. People come in and out all day, some in a huge rush and others just looking for a seat for a few minutes. We don’t really think of it as anything special, just a job that needs doing. The kitchen gets hot, and the noise from the counter can be a lot on a Friday night. We've got a small crew here, and we all know each other's habits by now. Sometimes the machines act up or we run out of something, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s just the way it is in the food business in Delhi-09. We aren't doing anything fancy. It’s just about getting the orders right and making sure the floor is clean. It’s a steady rhythm that keeps us going from morning till late. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. It makes the long shifts feel a bit shorter when you can chat for a second.
