Gtc Foods Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 4083, Naya Bazar. If you know Naya Bazar, you know it is one of the busiest places you could ever work in. There is a constant stream of people, carts, and vehicles moving through the narrow lanes. It is loud and can be quite chaotic, especially in the mornings when the main trading is happening. Our place at 4083 is right in the middle of all that action. It’s an old building, like most of the others in this market, and it has a lot of history to it. We don't have any fancy air conditioning or modern glass walls. It’s a very traditional market office with heavy wooden doors and floors that have been walked on by thousands of people. We deal with food items, so there is always the smell of spices or grains in the air. It’s a hard place to work sometimes because of the heat and the noise, but it’s also very lively. We have a small staff who have been with us for years. We eat our lunch together in a small corner of the office. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. We all just muck in and do what is necessary to get the orders filled.
