VIKRAMA CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at Sant Nagar in Burari. The office is at B-9/156 in Himgiri Enclave. It is a busy part of town and there is always something going on outside the door. Vikrama Construction & Developers Private Limited is just a small group of us working out of this spot. Burari has changed a lot since we first started coming here. The roads get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that is just how it is in this part of Delhi. We spend most of our days talking to people about building projects or looking over some paperwork at the desks. It is not a very fancy place, just a regular office with some chairs and a few old files. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break. Himgiri Enclave is mostly residential so we try not to make too much noise, though construction work is inherently loud. We have been at this address for a long time now. Most people around here know where B-9/156 is if you ask. We do not have any big signs or flashing lights. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It can get pretty warm in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. If you are looking for us, we are usually around during the day unless we are out at a site somewhere. It is a straightforward operation we have got going on here.
