You can find Vatsalya Realties & Builders Llp over in the Azadpur Industrial Area, specifically at GI-17. It’s right off G T Karnal Road, so there’s always a lot of trucks and noise around. It’s an industrial spot, which fits us well because we are more about the work than the looks. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with the ups and downs of the real estate and building trade. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of folders. We don't use any of those fancy slogans you see on billboards. We just focus on the buildings we are working on. West Delhi is a busy place, and being in the 110033 zone keeps us near the action. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, but we just clean it up and keep going. Our team is made up of people who have been in this industry for a long time. We know how things work on a construction site and we don't sugarcoat the problems that come up. If a project is going to take longer, we say so. It’s just how we operate. We like being in Azadpur because it’s a central hub for materials and transport. It’s a tough business, but we enjoy seeing a project finally come together after months of hard work.
