USG INFRASTRUCTURE LLP

We are based at Plot No. 8Y/6, on Underhill Lane. This is in Civil Lines, which is a much quieter part of Delhi compared to some other areas. USG INFRASTRUCTURE LLP has been here for some time now. Civil Lines has a lot of greenery and old trees, which makes the walk to the office quite nice. Our building is a bit older, but it has character. We have a small outdoor area where we sometimes stand to take phone calls. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have some long tables where we spread out our drawings and a few computers for the admin work. Being on Underhill Lane means we are away from the main road noise. It’s a good place for thinking and planning. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just the occasional delivery or a site manager coming in for a meeting. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea throughout the day. The office usually has a few stacks of bricks or tile samples sitting around from various projects. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we like it. It shows we’re actually working. We don’t go in for corporate polish or fancy furniture. As long as the desks are sturdy and the internet works, we’re happy. It’s just a practical space for our team.
