Unitedcasavilla Llp is located in Unit No 322 on the 3rd Floor of the Vardhman Fortune Mall. This mall is part of the CC Center on GTK Road, right in the heart of the GTK Industrial Area. It’s a very different environment compared to a residential office. The industrial area is always buzzing with trucks and workers, and there is a lot of energy around. Being on the third floor of the mall gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding warehouses and factories. We are an LLP, and we mostly deal with villa projects and property management. The office is a standard unit in the mall. We have a glass front and some desks arranged inside. It’s not a place for luxury; it’s a place for work. We chose this spot because GTK Road is a major artery for the city, making it easy for us to reach different sites. The mall itself has other businesses, so there’s always a mix of people in the hallways. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything flashy. We just focus on the projects we have on our plate. Some days the lift is slow, and some days the mall is packed, but we just keep doing our thing. It’s a practical location for a company that needs to be near the industrial heart of Delhi. We spend most of our time here planning out the next steps for our developments.
