You can find us at E-2, Plot No. 73, up on the third floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens every now and then. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the other industrial plots, but mostly it’s just more roofs and chimneys. The workspace is open and gets a lot of light from the windows, which is nice. We do a lot of manufacturing work here, and the sound of the machinery is pretty constant throughout the day. It’s not a place for quiet conversation, that’s for sure. We have a small office area tucked away in the corner where the paperwork happens. Everything is practical and meant for work; there aren't any decorations or anything that doesn't need to be there. We take our tea breaks together when we can, usually talking about what needs to be fixed or what the weekend plans are. The floor gets a bit greasy sometimes, so we have to be careful where we walk. It’s a straightforward operation. We just show up, do the production runs, and make sure everything is okay before anything leaves the floor. It’s honest work and we’ve got a rhythm down that works for everyone. Sometimes we stay late when a big order is due, but mostly we keep to the standard hours. It's just a regular industrial unit doing its thing.
