Kfc Restaurant

This shop is located at G1-8 to 10 in the District Centre at Manglam Place, right in Rohini Sector-3. If you know Plot 15 in Block X, that’s where we are. It’s a busy corner of the city and we see all sorts of people walking through the doors every day. We spend most of our time behind the counter or in the back kitchen where things get really hot and loud. Working at a KFC like this means you’re always moving. There’s always chicken to fry, tables to wipe down, or someone waiting for their order. We don't have much time for sitting around. The lunch rush is usually the craziest part of the day when everyone from the nearby offices comes over at the same time. We try our best to keep up with the pace. It’s a lot of teamwork and sometimes we get a bit stressed when the line gets long. But we just keep going. The smell of the spices is something you get used to after a while. We aren't some fancy dining place; we’re just a local spot where you can grab a meal. Most of the staff lives nearby in Rohini so we know the area pretty well. We just focus on getting the food out hot and keeping the floor clean. It’s straightforward work and we’ve been at this location for a good while now.
