You can find us at 4566 in the Yadav Building which is located in Deputy Ganj, right in the heart of Sadar Bazar. It is a very busy part of Delhi and there is always something going on right outside our door. We focus on supplies for the hotel and restaurant trade, which is why the name is what it is. The building is one of those typical older structures where everyone knows their neighbors. We have been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise anymore. Our space is filled with all sorts of items that kitchens and cafes might need. It’s not a showroom by any means; it’s more of a working warehouse where we keep things organized the best we can. Sometimes things get a bit dusty because of the construction nearby but we try to keep the stock clean. We aren’t interested in being some high-end firm with glass walls. We prefer being right where the action is in Sadar. Usually, we are busy checking lists or talking to delivery drivers who are trying to navigate the narrow lanes. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s stressful when the traffic is bad, but we like the energy of this place. We just provide what people ask for and keep moving. There is no point in complicating things when people just want their orders on time and in one piece.
