We’ve been at 4239 in Gali Jalan for a really long time now. If you’ve ever walked through Sadar Bazar, you know how it gets. It’s loud, crowded, and there is always something moving. Our spot in Pahari Dhiraj has been our home for more years than I can really count. My father started this under the Talwar & Sons name, and now we just keep the wheels turning every day. We open the shutters early when the tea stalls are just getting started. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a solid place where work gets done. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the rain makes the lanes muddy, but we stay here. People know the Talwar name around these parts. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. The address is 4239, and that’s where you’ll find us sitting among the stock. My sons are learning the ropes now, just like I did when I was a boy. We talk to the neighbors, complain about the traffic in the market, and make sure everything is sorted for the day. It is a simple life in a busy market. We aren't trying to be something we're not.
