We operate Kanhaiyala Tandoor Pvt Ltd from G-4 142/143 in Sector-11. It is a straightforward shop where we deal with everything related to tandoors. If you have ever seen a traditional clay oven, you know there is a lot of craft involved, and that is what we focus on every day. It is a dusty job, and your clothes usually end up smelling like clay and smoke by the end of the shift. We have a small yard where we keep the materials, and it can get quite messy when we are in the middle of a big order. Sector-11 is a decent neighborhood, and we have been here long enough that most of the other business owners know us. We do not have a fancy website or a sales team. Usually, people find us because they heard from someone else that we make a good tandoor. Some days are spent just repairing old ovens that have seen better days. We do not mind the hard work; it is what we know. The office is just a small corner with a desk and a phone that rings more often than you would think.
