The Impressions

The Impressions is tucked away at 7053, Street Masjid, Beri Wala Bagh, Azad Market. It is a very crowded neighborhood with narrow streets and lots of people moving around at all hours. We have been here for quite some time, operating out of this small unit. We mostly do printing and some small manufacturing work. The space is pretty tight, so we have machines and materials packed in every corner. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a clean showroom. Instead, it’s full of the smells of ink and the sounds of the equipment running. We have a couple of desks where we manage the orders, but they are usually buried under samples and paperwork. Azad Market is a tough place to navigate if you aren't used to it, but we like being in the center of things. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the house number 7053. Most of our work comes from the people around here or through long-term contacts. We don't use much technology besides the machines we need for work. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes with the congestion on the street, especially when we are trying to load up finished goods, but we make it work. It’s just a simple, hardworking shop where we do our best every day. We’ve gotten to know the other shopkeepers nearby and it feels like a real community.
