People usually find us easily on Roshanara Road. We are located at 8381. The Delhi Flour Mills Co.Ltd. is just what it says on the sign. We spend our days around here dealing with the grain and the machines. It gets quite loud sometimes, but that is just how it is when you are working with flour all day. The air always has that bit of dust in it. It has been this way for a long time now. We do not really do much fancy stuff. We just come in, get the mill running, and make sure the bags are filled and moved. It is a lot of hard work, especially when it is hot outside and the sun hits the road. You can see the traffic moving past all day from our main entrance. Sometimes the big trucks have a hard time backing in because the street gets so crowded. We know most of the neighbors and the other shop owners now. They see us loading things up every morning. Most of the staff here have been with us for years, so we all know the routine by heart. It is not a shiny office or anything like that. It is just a place where work gets done. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long. If you walk by, you will hear the hum of the equipment. That is just the sound of the day starting for us.
