The Crystal

We have been here at 2177 Kinari Bazar for quite a while now. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how crowded the lanes near Dariba Kalan get. It’s always busy outside. Inside The Crystal, it’s a bit different but still reflects that old city energy. We handle things here day in and day out. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the rickshaws can't get through the narrow turns, but that’s just life in this part of Delhi. People come in looking for specific items, and we try to find what they need in the stacks. It isn't a fancy showroom with glass walls and air conditioning that makes you shiver. It’s just a regular shop where we do our work. Some days are slow, and we spend time tidying up the shelves or talking to the neighbors. Other days, we don't even have time to sit down for tea. We've seen the market change over the years, shops coming and going, but we stay put right here. It’s a tight space, honestly. You have to watch your step when you walk in. We keep our stock tucked away in corners and high up on the walls. It’s how things work in Kinari Bazar. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that.
