State Engineering Works

State Engineering Works is found at 44-45 in the Samaipur Industrial Area. We are on Street No 1, right near the Aggarwal Sweet House. If you can smell the sweets being made, you are probably standing right outside our door. This is a real industrial workshop. There is usually some grease on the floor and the smell of cut metal is everywhere. We do engineering jobs, which mostly means fixing machine parts or making small components for other businesses. It is not a clean job, and most of us go home with oil on our clothes every day. We have been on this same street for a long time. Our machines are old, but they work just fine for what we need to do. We do not have a website or anyone doing marketing for us. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood who know our faces. The noise from the drills and grinders is pretty much constant from morning until evening. We have a small corner with a desk where we keep our registers and some tea glasses. It is a bit cluttered with blueprints and spare metal pieces. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have too many orders at once, but we always manage to get through it. We are just a group of guys who know how to work with machines and tools.
