Shubham Food Industries

We spend most of our time here at Plot No.A-290 in the Narela industrial complex. It gets pretty noisy with all the other factories around, but that is just how it is in this part of town. The building isn't anything fancy to look at. We mostly focus on getting the food processing work done right every day. Some of us have been here for years, while new faces show up every now and then. In the mornings, the trucks line up outside the gate, and we have to manage the space so everyone can move. It gets dusty, and the Delhi sun can be really harsh in the summer months, but we keep the machines running. We eat our lunch together in the small break area. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or check the generators. It is not a glamorous job, just honest work. We know the neighbors at the other plots, and sometimes we borrow tools from each other if something breaks down. The office part is small, mostly just a desk and some old files stacked up. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People know where we are if they need us. Usually, the day ends late, and we lock up the shutters before heading home. That is pretty much what life is like here at the factory in Narela.
