Shri Sukhdeva Properties & Builders is located at House No.327 in Banjara Basti, Haiderpur. We are on the first floor of a regular house, so it feels very much like a part of the community. It’s not a commercial building with a security guard; it’s just us in a residential street. We do a lot of property work and building projects around this area. You’ll find us sitting around a large wooden table most mornings, going over plans or talking to clients who live just a few streets away. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside or you can hear someone cooking nearby. It’s a very local way to run a business. We handle everything from the initial drawings to the final brick. The office is filled with samples of tiles and paint chips that have been left over from various jobs. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people knowing who we are and seeing the work we do. It gets a bit crowded when we have more than three people visiting, but we make it work. We use simple tools and keep our records in big ledgers. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of doing things. We’ve lived and worked in Haiderpur for a long time, so we care about what happens in this neighborhood.
