Shreeji Universal

We are located at 6376 on the first floor in Naya Bans, which is right in the middle of the Khari Baoli area. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it is always crowded with people, carts, and the smell of every spice you can imagine. Shreeji Universal is just a small office in this big, busy market. To get to us, you have to go up a narrow set of stairs that are a bit dark, but once you are inside, it is just a regular workplace. We have samples of nuts and spices sitting on almost every flat surface. Most of our day is spent talking to traders and making sure our orders are moving. We don't have a big team or a lot of fancy equipment. It is mostly just us and a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. The noise from the street below is always there, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We don't spend any time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. People in the market know who we are and where to find us if they need something. It is a very old-school way of doing business, based on knowing people and keeping your word. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for deliveries to arrive. It is a bit chaotic and cramped, but it is how we have always done things here.
