Our place is in Shalimar Bagh, specifically at Br-53A. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it is quite different from the industrial areas where some other businesses are. We have a small office setup here. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and samples lying around, but we make it work. Usually, there are three or four of us in at any given time. We spend most of the day on the phone or working on the computer. Since we are in Shalimar Bagh, we have plenty of places to get lunch nearby, which is a plus. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We don't have strict rules about how people sit or talk, as long as the work gets finished. Sometimes the neighbor's kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows. It feels very much like a local family-run operation even though we are a private limited company. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or expensive furniture. Most of what we have is functional and has been with us for years. People who come to visit usually know us through word of mouth. We don't really feel the need to shout about what we are doing. We just handle the food business day by day and try to stay organized. It keeps us busy and the bills paid, which is enough for most of us here.
