Shree Mahesh Chandra Constructions Private Limited is tucked away in Sector 28, Rohini. We’re in Flat No. 1430 on the second floor, right over in Pocket-GH-1. If you know the Sahabad Dairy area, we aren’t far from there. It’s a busy part of North West Delhi, and we’ve been working out of this office for a good bit now. It isn't a massive corporate building, just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet with contractors. Building things in Delhi is always a bit of a challenge with all the rules and the heat, but we stay at it. We usually have a lot of maps and blueprints spread out on the table. My team and I spend half our time here and the other half out at various project sites. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to make sure the materials arrive on time or the whole day gets wasted. We don’t go in for much talk; we just focus on the construction tasks we have for the week. Being in Rohini helps because we know the local suppliers and how things move around here. It gets noisy outside sometimes, but that’s just life in the city. We’re just local people doing construction work, trying to make sure every project we take on gets finished without too many headaches. Stop by if you’re near the dairy.
