Our office is located at 1464/1, Ram Bagh Road, right near the Gupta TV showroom. If you know the area, it’s pretty busy around here. Shivgaurav Infrastructure Limited has been based at this spot for some time. Being near a landmark like the TV showroom helps because otherwise, people might miss the turn. We handle a lot of infrastructure work, so there are always people coming and going. It’s not a quiet place. You can hear the traffic from Ram Bagh Road all day. Inside, it’s just a normal workplace with desks pushed together and plenty of paperwork. We aren't into those shiny corporate offices you see in magazines. We prefer keeping things simple and functional. Most of our staff are locals who have been with us through many projects. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the current sites we are managing. It feels more like a community than just a business. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with site visits and logistics to worry about that. We focus on getting the infrastructure built. It's a lot of coordination with different teams. We just try to do an honest day’s work and keep the business running from this little corner of the neighborhood. It’s a practical way to operate, and it works for us. Our records and maps are scattered around, but we know where everything is.
