We’ve been operating Shiv Dayal Mal Bishamber Nath Jain from our spot at 18, Katra Baryan for quite a while now. If you know Fatehpuri, you know how these streets get. It’s busy from early morning until the sun goes down, and we’re right in the middle of it. The shop isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to keep things moving. Sometimes the traffic outside makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s mostly just us at the desks and people coming in and out to check on things. People around here know the name because we've stayed in the same place for years. We don't spend much time on decorations. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, honestly. But we're busy enough that it doesn't seem to matter much. When you walk into Katra Baryan, you just look for the old doors and you’ll find us. We keep a simple routine. We open up, check what came in yesterday, and start the day. It’s not a complicated operation, just a steady one that depends on being here every day. No one is wearing a suit here, just regular clothes and some comfortable shoes for standing.
