You can find SARVASV & PEARL DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED over at B-23 in Panchwati colony. We are on the first floor. North West Delhi is a pretty active place, and being here puts us right in the middle of a lot of residential work. Our office is a quiet spot where we can actually think and get the planning done. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for a couple of desks and some storage for our site files. We don’t do the big corporate style of management. Instead, we just talk to our clients like normal people and tell them what’s possible and what’s not. There are no fancy promises here, just honest talk about development and construction. We’ve been in Panchwati colony for some time now and we’ve gotten to know the area well. Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot on the street, but that’s just how it goes in New Delhi. We mostly work with locals who are looking to fix up their properties or build something new. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more time spent out in the sun at the sites. We enjoy the work though. It keeps us on our toes. We are just a small team trying to make a living by doing good, solid work for the people who come to see us on the first floor.
