Sarish Online

Sarish Online is located right in the middle of everything over in Chandni Chowk. If you’ve ever walked through those lanes, you know it’s a constant rush of people and rickshaws. We started this because we saw how things were changing with everything moving onto the internet. It’s a small operation, really. Our space isn't huge but we make it work with what we have. Being in Chandni Chowk means we are surrounded by history and old buildings, which is a nice contrast to the digital work we do every day. Some days the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that’s just part of being in this old part of the city. We don’t have a big team of corporate types. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks. Most people who find us are usually locals or folks who heard about us through word of mouth. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have our computers and some chairs. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. Sometimes we take a break to grab tea from the stall nearby. That’s pretty much how it goes here. We just try to stay on top of the orders and keep things moving forward without making things too complicated for anyone. It's just a normal way to work in a place like this.
