K B Corporation is situated in Katra Nagpuri, Shop 528, right in the heart of Chandni Chowk. To find us, you have to navigate through some of the busiest lanes in the city where there is always someone moving a cart or carrying a heavy load on their head. Our shop is just a small room, really, but it serves us well for what we do. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just the inventory piled up wherever there is a bit of space. It is often quite dusty because of all the activity outside, and we spend a good chunk of the morning just wiping things down before we start. We don't have any polished sales pitches or a fancy reception area to welcome people. If you come in, you'll just find us sitting amongst the stock. We’ve been here at number 528 for a long time, so we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. It's a community where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't bother with mission statements or trying to sound like a big corporation. We are just a local business doing what we have always done. The lights are a bit dim and the floor is slightly uneven, but it works for us. We just take each day as it comes and hope the traffic isn't too bad.
