Convergys

Our office is located at Gp-81 in Pitam Pura, which is a busy part of Delhi. We’re part of Convergys, and our day-to-day involves a lot of phone calls and computer work. The 110088 area is where many of us commute to every morning. It’s a large building with a lot of people working in shifts. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a boutique; it’s a practical, high-energy environment. We handle customer queries and technical stuff for various companies. Some days the phones never stop, and it can get pretty loud with everyone talking at once. We don't have a lot of time for fluff or fancy presentations. We just focus on answering the questions we get and solving the problems that come up. The break room is where we all hang out to grab a quick snack or a tea before heading back to the headsets. We’ve got a mix of young people just starting out and older staff who have seen it all. It’s a steady job in a part of town that has everything you need nearby. We don't try to sound like a big corporate machine in our daily interactions, even though the company is large. We’re just regular employees trying to do a good job and hit our targets for the day. It’s work that keeps us busy and connected to what people need.
