We set up Act Systems & Services over here at B-132 in Yadav Nagar. It’s been our home base for a good bit now. Mostly we deal with technical stuff and repairs that people in Delhi need. It’s not a big shiny office, just a workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and fixing parts. The neighbors know us as the guys who are always busy with tools and cables. If you walk down the street in 110042, you’ll see our sign. We started small and just kept going because there’s always something breaking that needs fixing. It’s just a few of us working here every day. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a person in a suit greeting you. You usually just walk in and talk to whoever isn’t busy at the moment. We try to be fair with what we charge and we don’t like to overcomplicate things. If we can fix it, we will. If not, we’ll tell you straight. It gets a bit cluttered inside with all the equipment, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Yadav Nagar is alright, it’s a tight community. We’re just happy to be part of the local scene here. It’s honest work and keeps us occupied from morning till evening. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our shop here in the neighborhood.
