We've been at the Tera Hotel building for a while now. If you know Kashmere Gate, you know how busy it gets around here with all the noise and people. Our office at 2802 is where we handle all the healthcare stuff. It’s not fancy at all, just a regular space where we get things done every day. Some days the traffic outside is a total nightmare, but we’ve grown used to it. We deal with various healthcare products and supply them to people who need them. It's mostly just us answering phones, packing up orders, and making sure everything goes out on time. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical office. We started out small and stayed here because it’s such a central spot for the city. Being near the station really helps us with moving goods around. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking what we have in the back. It’s a lot of paperwork sometimes, which can be a bit boring. We try to keep things simple with everyone. If someone calls with a question, we just answer it straight. No scripted talk or corporate nonsense here. We’ve known some of our clients for years and they know exactly where to find us. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes sometimes, but we make it work. Kashmere Gate has that old Delhi energy that keeps us moving. We just focus on getting things to the right places.
