You can find us at 331 Kucha Ghasi Ram, right in the middle of Chandni Chowk. If you know the area, you know how narrow the lanes are and how many people are always walking around. It’s a very old part of the city. We deal with milk products, so our mornings start much earlier than most businesses. The deliveries have to happen before the sun gets too high and before the lanes get too clogged with rickshaws and carts. The building itself is old, with high ceilings and walls that have seen better days. We don't have a lot of space, so everything is stacked up pretty tight. The smell of dairy is everywhere, which is something you just stop noticing after a while. It’s noisy outside from dawn till dusk, but inside we just focus on the orders. Managing a milk business in such a crowded spot has its challenges, especially with transport. We have a small staff who knows all the shortcuts through the alleys. We aren't trying to look modern or anything. The desks are old wood and the ledgers are often handwritten. It’s a traditional way of working that has lasted us. People know where to find us if they need bulk supplies. It’s just us doing our thing in a corner of this busy market. We keep things simple and focus on getting the products out to the customers.
