We've been at the ground floor office near Delhi Gate Main Bazar for a while now. Dealing with property and local infrastructure keeps us busy. It’s a hectic spot, right in the thick of things. People come in asking about plots or building stuff. We handle the paperwork and the actual site work. It isn't always glamorous. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we get through the day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our desk here. Most of our work is just keeping projects moving. Whether it's looking at blueprints or talking to contractors, there's always something. We aren't a big flashy outfit, just a few of us working out of 3306. We know the streets around here well. It helps when you're trying to figure out where a new pipe should go or if a wall is sturdy enough. Sometimes things take longer than we want because that's just how it goes with building. We try to be straight with people about what can be done. If you walk past the main bazaar, you might see us. We mostly focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the structures hold up over time. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We don’t have fancy coffee machines, just a desk and some old files. There is always a lot of dust and noise, but that is part of life in this market.
