RUPANJALI REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is found out in Narela, at Plot No.491, Ground Floor, Pocket-13, Sector B-4. Narela is a bit of a drive from the center of Delhi, but it is where a lot of the new development is happening. Our office is on the ground floor, which is handy because people are always dropping in to ask about plots or property. We have been working in this pocket of North West Delhi for quite a while. The office is simple, with just enough space for us to keep our records and meet with people who are interested in real estate. It is a very straightforward environment. We spend a lot of time walking around the different sectors, looking at the land and seeing how things are being built up. There is a lot of dust and open space out here, and it is much different from the crowded streets of Old Delhi. We are just regular people trying to help other regular people find a place or invest in some land. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show the plots and tell people what the situation is with the paperwork and the ground reality.
